Amanda Irene – Founder

AIM-Link was started to address the barriers Tanzanian youth face due to limited access to technology, the internet, and networks for advancement. These talented and hardworking young people struggle to further their education and careers because they lack essential resources.

Amanda Irene leads AIM-Link, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging this digital divide. With a background in the nonprofit sector, community outreach, and project management, she is committed to driving meaningful change for young people.

She has facilitated access to essential resources for diverse populations, contributed to initiatives enhancing support for job seekers, the development of training programs, and community engagement strategies that connect individuals with valuable resources and opportunities. Her work in event planning, fundraising, and outreach demonstrates her ability to foster partnerships and deliver mission-focused initiatives. Amanda’s experience in nonprofit operations, program management, resource allocation, and community advocacy directly supports AIM-Link’s mission to advance career and educational opportunities for youth.

Holding a Master of Business Administration with a focus on management, Amanda applies her organizational and strategic planning skills to create opportunities for youth—providing access to technology, educational resources, and mentorship to help them succeed in a digital world.
